Yoga girl

Light pours

Sets sky to sizzle

Burns a trail through darkness.

Then you

Eyes dark, soft, soon demanding.

You coiled to give

Open to accept;

A question and an answer

You ask and ponder.

How much can be gathered in one moment,

How much lost; how much held and tasted?

The power of you

Given.

Find the formula, crack the challenge.

An imperative: Take the light, preserve it.

It is the essence.

Given and taken.

It is the being of you.
